MagyarRadiotelephony – The Language of Frequencies
The course focuses on teaching and practicing classical radiotelephony phrases both in English and in Hungarian. A choice of the full course (52 hours), as well as part courses with a lower number of lessons, such as VFR (40 hours) or IR (12 hours) are available, even separately.
VFR radiotelephony deals mostly with the phraseology of small aircraft aviation, whereas IR radiotelephony is based mostly on large airliner environment. Parts of the course are lectures, explanations, and tasks that aim to practice the regular expressions, as well as the use of these expressions in various situations during a virtual flight.
One of our most popular courses is VFR radiotelephony, the scope of which spans from the basics to VFR communication, including all of the regular expressions and proceedings, radar terms, meteorological and traffic information. Everything that a small aircraft pilot may need.
The usual course schedule (in case of a bigger number of applicants this may vary):
Between 17:30-20:15 on weekdays, once or twice a week. 4 lessons on each occasion, 40 lessons per course. The exact days of the course are not yet available.
